Dr. Ankit Punatar, MD grew up in Ohio and attended Wright State University for his undergraduate studies.  He completed medical school at Ohio State University, receiving honors and letters of commendation in multiple subjects.  Thereafter, he completed his medical training at The Mayo Clinic in Arizona.  After practicing medicine in numerous different areas, Dr. Punatar developed a care model for senior care centers that is truly patient-centered.  He prides himself on ensuring that his team is easily accessible, and that loved ones can be included in the care planning process.  Despite being a Buckeye to the core, he is proud to call Dallas home with his wife and two sons.

A native of Dallas, Dr. Grady Goodwin, MD earned an undergraduate business degree from the University of Texas at Austin and worked as a certified public accountant before returning to school for his medical doctorate at Texas Tech University. He completed his post-graduate training in internal medicine at Baylor University Medical Center and remained on staff as a hospitalist from 2006 until 2012. For several years he served as medical director of the Medprovider Inpatient Care Unit at Baylor before leaving to help start a large post-acute care practice. Since that time, his clinical focus has been caring for residents in senior living communities. Dr. Goodwin is board certified in internal medicine. He and his wife, fellow physician Dr. Tara Goodwin, have three wonderful children.
